What are your delivery schedules and areas?
We deliver island-wide across Singapore from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for next-day delivery, ensuring you receive the freshest produce possible.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders above $60. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of $8 applies to cover logistics and cold-chain packaging.
What should I do if my produce arrives damaged?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your items are damaged or not up to standard, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
How do you package perishables to maintain freshness?
We use eco-friendly, insulated packaging and chilled transport vehicles to maintain the cold chain from our warehouse to your doorstep, keeping your greens crisp and fresh.
