Return Process

Due to the perishable nature of our organic goods, please inspect your items immediately and notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt.
- 2.Provide Photo Evidence
Email our support team or message us on WhatsApp with clear photos of the damaged items and your order number for verification.
- 3.Keep Original Packaging
Ensure the items remain in their original packaging and are stored at the recommended temperature while we process your request.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either arrange a redelivery of the fresh items during our next route or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
